B. Discuss and act on property located at 38 Bellaire Drive and year round classification.

1. Historic District Commission. Vacancy appointment regular member. This is a five year term due to expire 12/2019.
2. Historic District Commission. Vacancy appointment alternate member. This is a five year term due to expire 12/2017.
3. Youth and Family Service Commission. Public Health Nursing Board participating commission member appointment.
